Don't be afraid to try again. Might bump your temperature up just a little, to 38-38.5 if it doesn't have a fan. Delays are usually caused by temps too low.

On day 31? I'd bet it died a few days ago. If not, your temps were quite a bit low. Do you have a thermometer that has been verified for accuracy? If not, I'd highly recommend getting one.

They died this morning the temp was 37.5 Celsius

If you are confident of that, then something else was major wrong. Parent genetics, turning of the eggs, humidity too high, power outage along the way. Lots of possibilities.
