Laundry Horror Stories

ive got everyone beat on true laundry horror stories..
several years ago, i was washing some dresses...i put them in the dryer for 10 minutes, and went on with what i was doing..i heard the timer go off, went to pull my clothes out..and reached in and pulled out....
A DEAD STIFF CAT!!!! my husbands cat, to be exact!
apparently the poor creature was taking a nap in the dryer and i didnt see it...or hear it! oh man, that haunted me for the longest time and now i always double check!

Last summer my nephew came over for a BBQ after he had been working all day. HE WAS FILTHY! He asked if he could shower and clean up as he was staying the night, he did then asked if he could throw his work clothes in the wash. Little did I know that his clothes were covered in tar.

You should have seen what it did to the dryer!
