Lavendar Orpington pullet or cockerel ?

I am really torn rather this bird is a hen or roo. Some of the characteristics look like a Roo and some look like a hen. This bird is 16 weeks old. I have heard this breed is slow to mature and it defiantly grew slower than my other hens. The bird is my most docile out of my flock. It is making clicking noises like the other hens but maybe Roos do this also. I'm not educated on this breed so if anyone out there is please comment. Also if you would't mind letting me know if you have experience with this breed when you comment that would be so helpful!

I agree that you got yourself a nice little pullet! But just for reference here is a 19 week old cockerel!
