Lavender Araucana 10 weeks old is it a Roo or hen?

Whatever it is its not a araucana as it has a partial crest and a tail

English standards for Araucana say they can have crest and tail. I know other countries say no to this though

OP is in New Zealand, the standard for araucana there is crested and tailed

Tail feathers are same length as the pullets I know for sure
and the feathers are rounded not pointy
Its just the red around the face that had confused me but with araucanas this is common right?
The tail feathers are about 1/3 the size of the white araucana I have on other thead his are very long!
