I have two 9.5 week old chickens that hatched out of dark chocolate colored eggs. It was labeled as a Lavender Maran, but I am wondering if this is what a lavender maran looks like? It is quite a bit darker than my Lavender Orpingtons. They both have single combs, not developed or colored at all and both without wattles and both have beards. Hopefully pullets? What breed do you think this is and would you guess pullet?

I looks to have a single comb, not a pea comb. Most likely still Olive Egger?
That's a pea comb, as a pullet a small, narrow ridge at this point is expected....a single comb would have characteristic "saw teeth" developed along the ridge
