Lavender Orpington Roo or Hen?

Wow! Thanks for all of the information, friends! I have learned so much already. I am starting to think my "she" is a "he". She/he looks just like the other roo the same age. It's quite tough to tell them apart. Will three roosters be too many for 23 hens? How much crowing shall I be anticipating now that there's a possibility of having three roosters?

That is probably a decent ratio for orps. The usual advice is one cock bird to every ten pullets/hens. But since fluffy butts are an issue; I would overcompensate if they all can get along.

I'm going with Roo then;) We'll see if he begins crowing soon.

Here's one last pic. of "him" standing next to his brother.

I appreciate everybody's input! Thanks so much.

are you saying this is what a lavender color is? or is this a Lavender Orpington or Lavender cross? Maybe the hen with the long tail is a lavender/croos Orpingtons don't have long tails!

it is a lavender it is just a F1 or F2 and they go up to F5

I'm aware some lavenders do go up to F5, thou I have F6 right now. Even when I had my F2's didn't have that long of tail feathers!
