Ah that is too bad. Poor baby. I hate those darn hawks. We have been having a lot of hawks lately here too. I have a couple huge turkey hens that run around with our free rangers now. They really seem to help keep the hawks away. If they see a hawk, they puff themselves up and stretch up their necks really tall and start making this weird sound and it scares the hawks away.Well, I just went outside to see a hawk in the bushes! He flew up into the trees when he saw me! I looked in the bushes to see what he had... he had Pitti Pat! She is now dead! Her head was all chewed up and everything!I seriously cant stop crying about this one! She was WAY to young to die!![]()

Maybe I should get some turkey hens! I really dont know what to do now, I have lost so many of my chickens to coyotes, raccoons, hawks and many more! I am sick and tired of it! They always get them when I least expect it!Ah that is too bad. Poor baby. I hate those darn hawks. We have been having a lot of hawks lately here too.
