laws I cant find

if i cant find the laws and you can't get chickens, do i give the town a proposal? What do I do?

I would start by calling the municipal office that most directly serves your area. For me, that meant speaking to the zoning officer at the township offices (as opposed to the county offices). They should be able to tell you if there are any limitations.
