layer pellets ok for mixed age flock?

    I have five hens, 5 pullets that recently started laying, three 4 month-olds and three 2 month olds. Everyone lives together and gets along. I just finished a bag of nonmedicated starter, and a bag of nonmedicated grower. I have layer pellets and crumbles out for everyone and supplement with scratch and fresh goodies. Is this ok for the youngest ones? Thankyou.

    There's a similar post/question going around right now...lol. I'm doing what you're doing. However, it was suggested that combining Flockraiser w/layer feed might be better, or offering only Flockraiser w/oyster shell being offered free choice. I kind of like the mixing idea, as I already offer free choice oyster shell...
