Laying eggs without shells (not rubber eggs, eggs without shells)

My (7 month) hen had the same problem today ! she started laying last week but today she has been acting weird. In the morning she laid a normal egg but 7 hours later i found egg yolk and egg white in the run! There was no sign of a membrane or shell. None of my other hens could have possibly eaten it. This happened during the day and i saw it.

An hour prior to that, she was acting really weird, being really silent and not moving about much. She also attempted too poi several times with almost nothing coming out. After she laid the shell less her poop looked like this ...

. I do not know what is wrong with her, but have received some advice on treating her with medicine .

Hmm, that's not what mine looked like. Mine was very much the yellow of a yolk.

Nothing yet. I got no eggs at all yesterday. Stupid short days. I'll see what's waiting for me when I get home. I think if nothing else, the fact that it hasn't happened again (and the diarrhea seems to have stopped) is a step in the right direction. But I really want to figure out what happened!

So tonight I went out there after work. No eggs under the roost. The chicken in question got off the roost, started doing something with her butt, and . . . it was poop. That would have been too easy. I hung out for a while waiting to see if anything else came out, but no dice. I went back out a few minutes ago, and everything still looked ok. So that's good, but it doesn't help explain anything.

this is what mine looked/acted like when she had a really bad case of Vent Gleet. She was given to me like that and I had her in isolated for several weeks trying to get rid of it.
