Laying Hens Attacking/Killing Other Laying Hens?

If they are enclosed with goats and a mini-horse could they have been injured by them? Once dead another animal may go for the vent. Of course I'm just speculating and I'm pretty new. I have horses though and had a goat. I don't think they would be aggressive to the chickens but if a chicken were to be around the feet of a horse it wouldn't take much to injure the chicken.

I have started giving mine scrambled eggs and dog food and hooked up a misting system so far have had no more problems.I lost three the same way and the first two were still alive when I found them.
