Laying problem

I have 4 pullets one of them started laying she layed her first egg 1 week ago after laying her first egg she didnt lay for 3 days then in day 4 she layed a really small wind egg with no yolk in 5 6 7 days she didnt lay any eggs at all please help me she eats drinks fine she is mating as well she is toatally normal

This is entirely normal for a bird first starting to lay.

That does not make the pattern you are seeing with this bird abnormal - each bird is an individual. The fact remains that what you are noting with this bird is not unusual or abnormal for a newly laying bird.

Totally agree, all hens are different, and there really wouldn't be anything you could do for your hen anyways, you can't alter what's happening internally.

What are you feeding?
Do you free range? May be laying out in range area.

What breed is pullet?
Some breeds, and individuals, do not lay as well as others.

Will I dont know what breed ok im discribing her
She has a crested head
Her colour is balk whit stripes
Her leg colour is blue
Her egg colour is white
She has 4 fingers
Im done
Now she is big as her mother why would she have a problem she comes to the nest box every day but she dosent lay any egg and she is not broody she even crow after 10 minutes in nest box when I get there no eggs
