laying slowed to almost nothing!

This time of year if my egg production drops I start looking around for a hidden nest. You might just find 30 some eggs in an over turned wheelbarrel or something.

I let my hens and chicks when I get home and keep an eye on them the whole night, and on weekends also, they have nowhere to hide, with all the new chicks I have introduced it is logical that the hens feel threatened and that is what stopped the laying, now I'm just waiting for them to feel comfortable again and start laying like normal... frustrating but I've got all the patience in the world, I'll just wait and keep you all posted...
