Othman said he had to go out for a bit. So far the bird has had his meds, some fluids, and has been tubed some food. His weight this morning was down another 100 grams from yesterday morning, but he said the bird was a bit more vigorous when he tried to catch him. The bird is still pooping.

Yes, he couldn't find a catheter, but he found some plastic tubing and was able to heat it to fit over his smaller syringe. He had to be a little creative with what he could find. He said the actual tubing of the food into the bird was pretty easy and went well.
