I contacted Victor and it turned out to be that my buckets are slightly smaller on the bottom than the top, and the slant is causing the cups to not sit level. So I can either get new buckets or use some silicone and straighten them out. Thanks!
BellevueOmelet, if you type in "Poultry drip cups" on google, they come up. Or Ebay has alot of them.
The ones I have have a hollow wall and 2 little holes at the bottom. The cup fills the inside hollow wall first, then the water comes into the cup.
I did try the lid, and it made no difference.
