Guys, here is what the vet told me: It's becoz the ground is made of concrete, the duck has kind of infection! As he told me to put some soil or shaving woods. What do you think?

Yes concrete is terrible for ducks to walk on their feet can get scratched up then bumble foot can set in. So wood shaving or soil would be a good idea sand would work too. Is the vet treating the infection in your duck? He also maybe able to tell you where to get feed so you don't have to feed her layer feed until she is laying.

The vet gave me no treatment! He only advised me to cover it with soil or other material.

Seems if she has an infection she is going to need some kind of antibiotic to get rid of it. Is the infection in her leg or foot? any thing swollen or redness?

No, it's under her feet! Something like a small ball due to friction.
