Leg problem

Hi All
I have a seabright that for some reason cannot use one leg and cannot stand up. I do not think that it is broken. he still eats and drinks, but i have to put the food next to him. I took him to the vets and they said that the leg is not broken. His claw is also curled in. any ideas? could it be a stroke? it has been about a week.

How old is he? What else can you tell us about his living conditions etc.?

He is 8 months old, He lives with 11 other chickens, dry coop with wood shavings on the floor, also an out side run. no problems with other birds.

Also his wing that is on the same side that his leg dose not work, dose not work.
