His crop is sealing up currently he is able to eat and drink small amounts at a time without it leaking out. He doesn’t smell weird I will get new pics of the crop wound and legs on the morning

That's good.
I would focus on trying to get him hydrated first. Hopefully he is just really weak due to the crop leaking and from the frostbitten legs.
I know you are doing what you can for him, keep trying. You may want to give him some plain water every too if all you have is the electrolytes.

Is he pooping at all?

He is pooping normally it’s a little runny but it seems normal he drinks more that he eats,

I would remove the wraps form his his legs in case they are cutting off circulation.
