Not sure what happened to her. She was fine, then all the sudden stopped laying (the Past 4 days) and we noticed her eye this morning. She’s very lethargic and barely eats. What can I do?
She’s in a coop/run with 23 others, they’ve all been together since they hatched. They were vaccinated as chicks.

Her eyes are swollen which can be a sign of a respiratory disease, such as MG or coryza, or soemthing else. She also could have been pecked , and there looks to be some scabs about here comb, wattles and face. What do you see inside her eyes? Is there any drainage, bubbles, or pus? An bad odor? The scabs look to be from pecking, but might be a sign of fowl pox, a virus from mosquitoes. Does she sneeze or gasp or have any congestion? I would clean her eyes, and apply some Terramycin antibiotic ointment twice a day into the eyes. If you can’t find that at a feed store, then use plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment. Try to get her to drink some water with electrolytes by hold ping a small scoop up to her beak. Wet chicken feed or cooked egg are aslo good.
