Any chance you could take a fecal sample to a vet and have them take a look? If she has worms or a high load of coccidia, they would be able to tell by doing the fecal on her. Fecals generally aren't too expensive.

I have never had to use it but know it helps if needed and symptoms of Coccidiosis ...After thinking about it, since treating with Corid won't hurt, perhaps it's not a bad idea for the OP to try it, especially if it turns out her vet won't do the fecal. I've never used it on adult chickens, what's the dosage for them?
