Leghorn pullet close to laying?

I don't know where to find the post or who posted it, but they said to use a toothpick to make a hole in one end, then use the toothpick to jab upward to break the yolk. Holding the egg so the hole is at the bottom, keep jabbing and let the contents drain down the toothpick until it is empty. I have not tried it myself yet, but apparently your fingers do get kind of messy and you should have a bowl under the egg, of course. This way you only have one hole in the egg. It sure sounds worth a try!
Oh ok, now I know what your talking about! I will have to give that a try! Thank you!:)
