leghorn pullets with spur spots

i have some leghorn pullets that have spots by their feet that look like they could be spurs. does that mean they are roos. they are about 22-23 weeks old. sorry no pic
 
no...all chickens have "spur" spots. Some hens even grow quite large spurs. Seeing those spots is NO indication of sex. Most roosters won't even start growing spurs until they are way past the crowing stage. My dominant roo (a Partridge Rock) didn't grow his until he was over a year old, but 2 of my Easter Egger submissive roos are only 5 months and have started growing theirs.
