Drumstick diva, good advice....
My girl is on tetracycline for the next 7 days. She has a raspy noise in her chest. Heart is going strong. She's had her first dose and is resting peacefully. That's good news. I'm mixing 2 teaspoons of powdered tetracycline (from the Tractor Supply Store) in a gallon of water. Very easy to admin in her water...make a new batch every 24 hours. This won't stress her any further. Prayers for my little Olive!

KikisGirls, today she didn't eat or drink too much. (Yesterday, no problem.) That's why I started her on a new round of antibiotics: tetracycline. So far, she's resting peacefully...a good sign. Thanks for asking....

Have you tried some electrolytes?
It may help her perk up some.

Thanks for your help! Now, it's a waiting game. If she makes it through the next couple of days, maybe she'll pull out of this.
