I have a White Leghorn hen that is about 6 months old and other than her crooked beak, completely fits breed standards (as far as I've seen). My hens live in a fenced in run and the coop has pine shavings.
When I went out to visit them today I saw my one hen, Priscilla, had a yellow and crusty looking eye and that side of her face looked dirty from her scratching it. It looks like pink eye in humans. Its weeping, crusty, not open as much as the others.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Im still pretty new at this.
