I'm having some issues with a chick hatched just today. It doesn't quite look like spraddle leg, the legs come forward instead of splaying out to the side and the chick is unable to stand. The chick's legs keep coming forward and up on either side of the head and the chick seems to be "paddling" in attempt to right itself. It is on its belly and cannot get its feet under it. Not sure what to do.

Welcome to BYC. I would try placing the chick in a cup to try and get it standing. Pad the sides if needed. Also start the chick on poultry vitamins, such as Poultry Cell or NutriDrench a couple of drops, or put SaveAChick in the water for vitamins, and dip it’s beak to drink. I have had a couple of chicks who could never stand from throwing themselves backward. I had to euthanize them both after trying for a day or two to help them.
