Where in Oregon are you? We are moving to Kent, WA... can hardly wait. Escrow closes next week but I'm here in So Cal until the end of the month. There's going to be a BYC Chickenstock in June... at ChickChairs place in Poulsbo WA on the 17th. I plan to go... and plan to take Mr. Roo with me LOL...

Anyway, if you can't make it to Chickenstock, just plan to come up to our place in Kent and meet my Seramas... they are real sweethearts!

I'm right outside of Portland.

I'm not sure about Chickenstock. It's a few hours away and I have to figure out what to do about pets, kids etc. I'd love to go if it works out. Of course my husband wants to go too even though he finds the whole BYC thing, well, humorous. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we can make it!

Hmmm... wish I could help you with the dogs but I've got 3 myself and one is a bit militant! lOL... Kids and hubby will be welcomed with open arms. So, you just have to figure out a pooch sitter!

When/if you come to my place, it will be the same deal... you'll figure it out. I've made 6+ hour drives (one way) for poultry shows... up and back in one day... it's worth it!!!

Otherwise no prob! Funny I have no problem getting chicken sitters. They're lined up five deep as long as they can keep the eggs. I'm sure it'll all work out and I'll see you there!
