Lemon Cuckoo Orpington Auction!

I still don't see the appeal of lemon cuckoo variety.

The Lemon Cuckoo aren't my favorite variety of Orpington, but I sure see the appeal in ANY English variety of Orpington. I'd happily pay $300 for eggs. Unfortunately, I didn't see the auction until it was over

They are still selling them. Quite a crock if you ask me, but if you want them....They are a BYCer named Starwalkersomething. When I saw the ad the other day I was tempted to send them a nasty letter.

WOW...what is it to you what they sell their eggs for? If they want to sell for that and people are willing to pay it, what business is it of yours?

I guess I am confused as to why you are upset with the seller and want to send them a nasty letter? I will defintely check into these, so thanks for posting the link.

Why are you so rude about this? What's it to you if they sell their eggs?

I DID bid on the ebay auction, and lost out at the last minute. I do not feel that I need to justify to you (or anyone else) how I choose to spend my money.

My money, my time not yours!

Sorry if I sound rude-but I'm not a big fan of greed. They aren't golden eggs. It's a fad- and prices will come down on them just like they have on the light sussex. I posted the link because someone mentioned they were willing to pay that much, and had missed the auction. I didn't have to do the guy a favor and give him any business.

So you're saying if you had eggs that were rare and hard to come by you'd be selling them at rock bottom prices? I seriously doubt it. It's all about supply and demand.
