Hmm. I never marked mine. I had some eggs, like yours, that were round all around. So I couldn't tell which was the top/bottom, thus not knowing where it would pip.

Uh oh! If its continuing to hatch as planned than don't worry about it. If it seems like it lagging behind, or struggling, follow this article to assist. Usually they can hatch just fine.
