I loved drawing her! She was a fun angle, and had good detail to pay attention to :)

They uploaded out of order but that's okay.
First I did @Pyxis gorgeous Cemani rooster, then the frizzle. Frizzles are quite the challenge, I'm going to have to work on that more :)
Then while I did my own ISA Brown as I gained some motivation to draw her.
I plan on trying an Emu later :D I've never drawn one before!

Something I've always done is draw things with different techniques. For the frizzle I used really quick sweeping motions for the feathers. For the Cemani I did a simplified feather pattern. For my ISA I did really faint feathering so it wouldn't overwhelm the viewer's eyes.
On to the next chicken drawings :woot:ya
So Good! I might have too draw some too!

Kudos for taking it head on & deciding to fight it out!

Since you want to draw chickens, here's a story of my hen & its chickens that kinda has a nostalgic memory for me. I haven't brought myself to look at the pics until I saw your post because it was quite painful.

Anyways here are a couple of pics which you may choose to draw to show the inner resilience of rising from the ashes to fight a battle - which you surely are doing now!

Depression is not a sign of weakness, it means you've been strong for far too long. And its never too late to rise above and see the sunshine yet again. Cheers!
