Hey There BackYard Chickens Community!

My name is Dane, and I'm here to connect with other like-minded individuals who raise chickens and agricultural enthusiasts in general.

Just to give you a little backstory on myself, I've been a farmer for over 20 years. I built a chicken coop as I was looking for a more cost-effective supply of organic eggs. What started as a hobby, now has turned into a lifestyle and I now own cattle, goats, and more.

I also have 3 dogs (2 doodles and one beagle) and 2 cats whom I love to death.

I'm excited to join the BYC community and hopefully connect with good people and share my experiences!
