So far, neither are looking like roosters. I don't see any large red combs yet, or any roosterish stances.
 
Cocoa Puffs is 3 1/2 weeks old now. I'm still leaning toward hen but the back the points in her comb have black on the very tips.

Still looks like a pullet, though if that comb gets any larger and redder within a week than it already is, I'll change my answer to cockerel.
 
If it's truly a cuckoo Marans, it's a pullet. A male would be much lighter in coloring and likely already showing pink in the comb. Yours looks just like my hatchery cuckoo pullet looked at that age.
 
With the size of the comb and the size of the white spot on its head as a baby I think I am leaning towards boy right now, even though its feather color is still fairly dark.
 
Cocoa is about 6 weeks now. Some have told me that the "underskirt" says female.

You have two confusing chicks. At six weeks the color still says girl and the comb still says boy to me.
