Let the showgirl odyssey begin! HATCHING 5/27 C'Mon in!!

I didn't candle at all this hatch. I was afraid that I was "reading too much" into what I saw. I just put 'em all in!
After I decide that no more are coming, I plan on opening them to see at what stage I lost them. I'm sincerely hoping that there'll be a bunch peeping in the 'bator when I wake up in the morning.

(I know what you're thinking and, no, "there'll" is not a correct contraction, but you knew what I meant.)
I have peafowl eggs en route at this very moment and a batch of hatchery day-olds being shipped to me on 6/1. In the meantime, I work 3rd shift all weekend - Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. I really hope these chickies come out soon, I'm gonna be chickyed out!

Ack!
I stayed up 'til 3am last night. My pipped silkie tried to zip diagonally. It wasn't working out so well. It just sort of stopped & didn't go any further. It also was making a "bubbly" noise when it breathed and had sections of shell that weren't broken. I did what I said I wasn't going to do... I helped it out!
Turns out the poor little thing's butt was sideways! As in, the yolk was attached to the side of the shell. No wonder we were zippin' crooked.
It's resting and peepin' in the 'bator this morning. I don't see any more signs of life in the other eggs, though. Maybe I'll candle them after all... I guess it's the "shipped eggs" thing.
P.S.
Both silkies are partridge.

Well I just heard one peeping in the shell in the incubator. But at least that's progress!

Yay! Progress!!

I just got back from the PO. Peafowl eggs are here, so my eggs better hurry up & show some progress - I need the 'bator empty soon!
I definitely wanna see pics of those showgirls.
Do you think maybe your temp was a little low through the hatch?

I work tonite, so I'm going to take a nap, but I'll be back on this evening to check your progress!
Yay! Progress!!

I think maybe this is my problem. So I am bumping up the temp a degree or so in the incubator and one degree in the hatcher. I was talking to hatchcrazzzy last night and he seems to think it's a slow hatch. So hopefully by bumping up the incubator now, the other batches will come out cleaner.
