Elvis died of ‘something’ heart related. If I had to guess the PB-banana & bacon sandwiches would rank high on the clog an artery scale.

I’m trying my hand at sourdough starter. Today is day 0- so far pretty easy.
Edited to add recipe:
50g whole wheat flour
50g filtered water
-stir into a 16oz mason jar, scrape down the sides to form a mushy mass at the bottom, cover with cheesecloth and rest in 70f room.
-days 2-7: Twice a day remove half of the mass and add 1:1 parts water and unbleached white flour.
-use the discards for pancakes or whatever
