Lethargic and Sunken Eyes!!

O.K. The Coxicure is to treat Coccidiosis which is caused by a protozoa, it will not flush out or treat for worms.

The vitamin won't hurt as long as you follow the dosing correctly. You can overdose when it comes to vitamin E and Selenium. I would find a B-Complex vitamin to give for a couple of days after treatment.

Since the Coxicure is a Sulfa drug I would also give probiotics or a little yogurt for a few days to help sooth the intestines.
For how many days should I give vitamin E?

I shouldn't expect to see any worms in their droppings then?
And what should I futher do to improve the pullet's condition?

Follow the directions on the label, but I wouldn't give the Vitamin E no more than once a week if you are providing a nutritionally balanced feed.

You would rarely see worms in poop unless they have a heavy infestation of something like roundworms.

Coxicure is not a dewormer - it does not treat worms.

Once you finish the Coxicure, I would make sure she's eating well. Give her a boost with vitamins and see if that helps.
She may have something else going on. If you think she may have worms then see if you can find a dewormer.
I'm not sure what you have available where you live - Wormzole/Wormal, albendazole, fenbedazole or levamisole are a few names de-wormers (active ingredients) you may be able to find.

I don't believe she has worms.
The feathers on her head are standing.
She is drinking water and her crop has extremely little food.

It is hard to know whether there are worms, since worm eggs are microscopic. I would also get something to treat for worms. Vitamin B complex for humans is good to crush and give to the chicken in food to give them a boost, 1/2 tablet daily. I would agree that the eyes might be a sign of the ocular form of Mareks disease. Chickens with Mareks can have poor immunity to common diseases. The pale comb also could be from a mite infestation. I would look her over for mites and lice. A permethrin product is helpful to treat mites or lice, and the bedding should also be changed, along with treating the coop, if mites are found. Treating mites every 7 days at least 3 times may be necessary.

I checked her for mites and lice and couldn't find anything.
I will start their vitamin E and Selenium treatment today.
Is this fine for the treatment of worms? If so, then what should be the dosage and for how many days as this is a medicine for humans?

Can you show the other side of the label that gives how many mg per ml that it contains? The type of albendazole that we use in the US for animals is Valbazen, and it has to be shaken well right up to drawing up a dose, since it settles out. It has to be given orally, since it settles out in water.

She seems to be feeling better today.
Her energy is nearly all back and she is eating fine. She isn't that lethargic anymore and her color seems to have been back.
