Lethargic bird not able to open eyes and lost weight. Looks like a dead chicken but is still kicking

So I've been putting rooster booster(vitamins and electrolytes) in their water. Could I have messed him up with him having too much vitamins?

As long as you have been following the instructions on the package, vitamins would not have caused this.

He either has severe injuries or an illness like Marek's.
Have you been able to get any fluids into him?

Just a small amount of fluids. His beak I can't open neither can he, but there's a small space the water can get in to it and he actually threw his head after I lifted it to get more. I'm thinking it might have been a head injury, but more like he hit the stairs hard and it injured him(or something pushed him into the stairs.) He just has a little blood on his comb and both of his eyes are red shot and glossy, but I can tell he's now moving(maybe seeing a little) his right eye. He's loving your idea about the sling.!

Keep working on getting fluids into him. You can try dipping a qtip in his water then dropping a drop or two on the side of his beak, he may take it in a little at time. Severe dehydration can make it worse.

Poor fella, I know you are trying to do the best you can:hugs

Since his eye has gotten less swollen I can see a small bloody spot above his eye. I'm wondering if his brain is just a little swollen and once it goes back down he'll be better or he might be paralyzed on his left side of the body. With the left side paralyzed theory I checked his feet and his right foot when I hold it curls to my finger his left leg doesn't. His head also always drops to the left. Crazy theory or no?

Unfortunately he passed away yesterday, But I thank you guys for all the help. I totally believe it helped him even if it was temporarily.
