Lethargic chick

Hi everyone, my 4 week old legbar chick isn’t doing well and I’m not sure why. She is eating well and I have fed her some egg yolk and dried bugs but she’s not active and is puffed up and just laying down all the time. Is there anything I can do?

I'm sorry your chick is doing poorly! You might try giving her electrolytes to see if that helps perk her up.

If you're in the US, feed stores have electrolytes specifically for chickens. In my area the brand is called Sav-a-Chick.

If you can't get to a feed store at the moment, you can also mix some sugar into water.
