she has only pooped like twice within the last few days.

She's moving about, able to eat/drink on her own?
If she is, then I'd let her loose with her flock and see how it goes.

She does look better, what was the temperature yesterday? Makes me wonder if she was having issues with the heat. Her pupils look very dilated, which isn't uncommon for heat issues. That poop looks good, looks like she's been eating.

It was in the 70s yersterday. She still isnt really eating much. I let her out with the others and we will see how she does.

Sorry I was out of town and didnt get a chance to respond to this. She's all better! All those symptoms have disappeared and she is back with the flock and acting totally fine and normal!
