Lethargic chicken

Hi Everyone,
The last few days one of my Buff Orpingtons has been very lethargic. I separated her today, and she appears not to be eating or drinking. I checked her crop and it appears to be fine. Her comb has not changed color, and when she pooped it was green and yellow, and alittle on the runny side. Any thoughts on what could be the problem.
