He said something about her not being all "bright eyed and bushy tailed" like she usually is.. I'm so worried about them

Generally a sick chicken will sit still all hunched up with their eyes closed. So more symptoms would be needed to try to pinpoint what might be wrong. Since they are all sick I assume they picked up something at the new place they haven't had and wouldn't be immune to. Being moved to a new home is stressful, and stressed birds often have decreased immune systems.

Here are some pics. the first hen is the "momma hen" don't mind the baldness. She was pecked as a little thing by other hens and we nursed her back to health. Her feathers did not. grow back. Also, this is the response I got from my friend today

Hey. that's not it, (he means the Cocci) literally they are lethargic and don't open their lil eyes. Caught all today and they seem to be molting and the momma and two babies are only ones affected. But momma did sound congested. I did clean their waterers, put out fresh water and added the vinegar (Thank you!) and I cleaned the chicken house and put out fresh shavings. I'll keep ya posted and here are some pics and lil vids if the vids come through...." He sent me videos as well

btw...how does he know it's not Cocci?
These are symptoms of Cocci.
I would start them on Corid asap.
OR take their poop to the nearest vet to have it tested, it's cheap..only a few dollars.
So is Corid.
