Lethargic, (Dehydrated...?) d’Uccle! Please Help!

No we only had them at school for about 30 minutes, they were transported very carefully by car. I regret doing it, but she was better this morning.

I’ll try doing the food thing. She doesn’t even peck anything. Just sits there sleeping. I’m having to dip her to drink and afterwards she just goes to sleep again.

Do you think this is a point where I should start considering manual feeding and drinking. Like literally opening her mouth to force feed her? If so, please tell me how.

Thanks.
No. I think one drop forced down the wrong pipe will kill her.

Ok thank you. I’m new to all of this and I don’t really no much about any of this stuff. So thank you for helping.

What should I do? Just mix the food and wait it out?

I gave her the special food, nothing. She completely ignores it. She won’t drink by herself, I have to push her beak into the water, at least I did see her swallow. No poops. I’m feeling pretty down right now. Chances seem slim for this baby. So afraid of what I’ll wake up to in the morning.

PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS AT ALL ABOUT WHAT TO DO, TELL ME! I’m at wits end here, trying so hard to nurse this baby back but to no avail. I’ve tried so many things anything else helps keep in mind I can’t go to a store at this hour, but any home made things I can probably do.

I agree with @KikisGirls I would also suspect Coccidiosis.

Can you get some Corid tomorrow? She has medicated feed, but I would start the Corid as soon as you can.

For the time being, just encourage her to stay hydrated. Water should be relatively cool, so don't make it too warm. Don't force her to eat/drink. How does the crop feel?

I’m sorry, this is a really dumb question but where is the crop?

Not a dumb question at all! The crop is on the right front of your chick. If you gently move your hand down her breast you should feel a "lump" if she has been eating. Sometimes it's good to feel the other chicks so you can get a good comparison.

The crop is essentially a "bag" or "pouch" that holds food/water which is then moved into the stomach.

yes check first on the other chicks so you know what it should feel like then check the chick. I have put garlic in their water that did seem to help with mine doing something similar.
