Lethargic hen with diarrhea leaving white residue in butt feathers

How about this shot of her other eye...

...... and E-coli by the look of it which might be more concerning! You will need antibiotics for that I believe.

Not sure how significant the coccidia infestation is at 100/g. I have a feeling that may be a low to moderate reading but you will no doubt be treating her for it anyway.
I'm always suspicious when an adult bird has problems with coccidiosis, especially if you have not recently acquired her or added any other new birds to the flock or moved them to a new location. It suggests a compromised immune system. Whether that is due to the E-coli or if the bacterial infection is also due to a poor immune response, I don't know.

It's coccidia.

Here is the lab report.

There is some good news, no salmonella. :thumbsup

Thank for the update BY Bob!
Did the lab also make recommendations for treatment? Of course with a heavy load of E. Coli you would want to treat, just wondering what they suggested.

Glad you didn't have Salmonella.
Keep us posted.

The climate here has been completely different than normal. We have had so much rain and no sun. It's getting to be like Seattle. I have had standing water in my yard for 3 months now. I think this is all a result of that change in climate. I've kept the coop and run clean and dry but I let them free range a lot. I will start treating today. I will keep you all posted.

Her flock mate Lilly started with the same symptoms a few days ago. Fortunately it is easy to treat them all.

Here's they are together. Lilly is standing.

What are you treating them with?
What did you get to treat the E. Coli?

I am not trying to be condescending here - you mentioned in Post#13 that it was Coccidia. I do understand the report shows a Coccidia load, but unless I am missing something the report shows a "heavy" growth of E. Coli . E. Coli and Coccidia are 2 separate things (one is bacterial, the other is a protozoa). Personally I would treat for both, consulting your vet for the appropriate medications is always best.
