What does her eye look like? Is there pus, drainage, or bubbles/foam in the eye? The eye can be flushed with eye wash, and Terramycin eye ointment can be applied in the eye twice a day. How much tetracyclines are you giv

For the past 5 days she has kept them close. Her eyes are not clear.

When keeping her face and beak clean I've noticed a black residue.

Can you clarify what you mean by "her eyes are not clear"? Are her eyes cloudy, do they have pus...?

You notice a black residue when wiping her face/beak? Have you looked inside her beak for any canker, lesions, etc.? Is the residue coming from her nostrils or could it be dirt?

Her eyes are cloudy. No pus. They aren't bright as usual. It's just odd that her eyes stay closed.
I haven't noticed any sores in mouth I will check again and get back to you. She has the same residue when face/beak is cleaned since she has been in the house.
She has been a little more energetic the past few days which is great! Missing the other chickens.

Best I could get. Her eyes are black, they have kind of a smokey haze to them now. We are putting terramycin eye ointment in 2xs/day. We were told to try Mylan 50, instead of the other antibiotic.

Have you noticed any ammonia odors in the coop? How is the air circulation? Are both eyes the same?

You could try a warm washcloth
