Lethargic Hen!

Have you noticed any ammonia odors in the coop? How is the air circulation? Are both eyes the same?
She is in the house right now. No ammonia smell. There are no circulation issues in the coop or house. Both eyes are the same.

Tylan 50 is good for respiratory eye disease caused by mycoplasma (MG.) Dosage is 0.25 ml per pound given 3 times a day for 3-5 days.
Thank you Eggcessive! This was the turning point for our hen. Her eyes cleared up and the are the most beautiful brown. She is eating and drinking on her own. She had gotten a little weak. She is building back her strength.
However! There has been a turn of events! Being Christmas time. We had family visiting, and a dog that we had kept away from her. The dog got out of a door that wasn't closed... The hen is alive and not terribly hurt. Luckily the dog picked her up and put her down carefully. The only injury that worries me is that the dogs canine tooth broke the skin on her thigh!
The hen is able to put weight on it. I brought her home with me so she can roam around my house with out worry of a dog.
I've been cleaning with Vetericyn Plus 3x's daily and continued the Tylan 50 to prevent infection. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions on this?
Any help is appreciated!

Glad to hear she's improving although a little setback with the dog.
Vetericyn is very good for cleaning wounds, you can also dab on triple antibiotic ointment to keep the wound moist. I wouldn't extend the Tylan50 for more than a couple of days though.

Thank you. Do you think that it will eventually close on its own?

Poor dear! She's bruised some too.
If possible, trim a few of those feathers around the wound so they don't get stuck in the ointment. I would spray it with the Vetericyn, then apply some triple antibiotic ointment.
If kept clean and tended daily daily like you are doing, they heal pretty quickly.
