Lethargic, standing with eyes closed, was only drinking and not eating...help!

Ok I moved the light closer so it is getting slightly warmer in there but unfortunately it is very cold and windy here right now with a snow storm in progress. My husband won't let me bring her in the house either because we have 5 dogs and a cat and no where to really keep her besides the barn. I added the Corid to her water a few minutes ago. While I was with her she ate a little more scrambled egg and drank a couple of times. She not drinking as much as she was yesterday when it seemed kinda excessive. Any other suggestions except keep her warm?

As for starting my own thread I'm not sure how since I'm new to BYC but I'll look for it. That's for any and all advice and help.

Ok the temp is up to 60 in her box and I just put a partial lid on it to get it warmer. She's still sleeping on and off but not much change.

Ok temp is now 70 in her box. She was standing and awake when I checked on her last. Drinking water and ate more egg. Haven't noticed any poop in the straw but still may be watery and leaking right thru.
