Oh my goodness, you guys are making me so fricken excited to have babies again!

Now to see if the eggs Sarina is sitting on will hatch out this weekend??? She has been sitting on them the whole time and a good momma sitter. These eggs were laid by her and 2 other females. They all seem to like to go into the one nest and lay eggs. I have seperated them but still have two females that every chance they get go on the others nest.

The eggs that hatched out are from Ginger, Hanna and 1 from Nesie. Now I do not know which is what because several hatched when I was at dialysis and husband did not mark them with leg bands.

Now what good was it for him to watch them????

Oh, well what can I say he did keep an eye on them.
Here are Ginger, Hanna and Nesie.

LOL...if yours is anything like mine...it's pointless even asking him! He is totally clueless when it comes to my birds and has absolutely NO interest in educating himself! He does help me with building coops and such though so I can't fuss too much. I guess if I'm being really sweet, I could give him the credit for keeping my babies safe at night...shhhhhh...don't tell him I said that! I'm sorry to hear about you needing dialysis. That must be really hard on you.

Ruru, wonderful your 4th one made it!!! Your geese are gorgeous!!

Hubbies are not so bad. Most of the time, they try hard!

Animaladdictions I have been on dialysis for the past 13 years. Come The end of July it will be 14 years. I am on two different transplant list. No calls at all in all these years! I have high antibodies.

I think my husband got to involved playing video polker on his phone. You are right mine does make the pens but complaines about the geese all the time! Not intrested in learning anything.

J, I hope the little one makes it. I had to help because baby got stuck to the egg sack. So started peeling the egg back and put water on the sack. Finally I got the baby out enough to let it finish it's self. Then when out I took the warm water in the incubator and put it on the back to moisten the egg sack and finally got it off.
Baby is wore out so letting it rest in the incubator because the other 3 are alert now. I do not want them walking on this little one.

Thank you J about the geese I am trying to have quality sebastopols here. Plus have quality goslings. It takes awhile to get the quality that you want. One step at a time.

We have 3 goslings nowout of 5 eggs set. One is still in the egg so depending on the gosling we might have one more. But here are the 3 little darlings...

Thank you everyone this is our first of the year goslings. This year will be better than last year for sure already.
