With that beautiful cabinet you have Shellie you should be able to have lots of hatchings this year....... I just love your cabinet girl...

I hope I do get a few goslings from this hatch. But will not hold my breath on it...

Thanks Barb, we are very happy with the new cabinet. So much so we are asking him to build another this spring to have as a dedicated hatcher next year. We use this one as an incubator only and keep the shelves pretty much full right now.

Hope this recent snow of yours melts soon and you can be enjoying sunshine and spring

So do I Shellie. Right now I can not enjoy anything have picked up a cold from being outside too much in this crap weather we are having. Plus I have an ear ache. Have not had one in so long forgot how they can hurt when you sneeze, cough or blow your nose. OUCH!!

If I had a lot of eggs to hatch I would like to have one of those cabinets but that will never happen here with my husband!!!

Just candled the 10 eggs on their 8th day and only about 5 or 6 growing anything in them. Must have gotten too cold out there to develope or not fertile. Guess I will go raid the eggs again who ever is not sitting on them.

I love mine - he does an amazing job!!!!!

Peasue how much snow did you get from this storm? It is too deep for me to walk in with my bad back and knees. So my husband had to feed the geese today. He hates doing the geese! He also knows that I am sick from having to take care of all the critter's while he went on a fishing vacation to Mississippi.......

Yes with the 3 breeds of geese, 3 breeds of duck and the chikens having large cabinets is a must.
