How on earth do you turn a tractor tire inside out?

I'd love to join a seed swap! If anyone lives in a hot humid region that doesn't get frost I'd be happy to work on something nice to send. We have mostly tree crops

Lol very carefully Honestly, I'd have to ask my folks; my dad did these when I was still in college; had like 100 tires turned inside out for feeders for horses and cattle... I think a friend had an actual machine of some sort...that or it was 2 tractors and persistent men

We grow Black Diamond, Sugar Baby, and Moon and Star watermelons... They're good in our DRY heat, not sure if they would like your humidity though... The Sugar babies are delicious

Ooh sounds good! We grow soursop and use it for juice, or fruit leather. Don't eat the seeds, they're poisonous. It's tricky to germinate, I'll ask my dh for tips.

I sell some seeds on Etsy and usually importing to the States is fine, occasionally there's a problem in Ca or Fl, they confiscate the seeds. Soursop is about the size of a big apple or pear tree. Do you like sweet, sour or tangy?

Thanks for the watermelon suggestions, I'll check those out. Is it better for the fruit to develop when it's dry? We have 2 wet and 2 dry seasons a year: July / August and December/ January are our main wet times.

We ate the soursop this morning and I have planted half of the seeds already...maybe they need to be scarified first?

We grow watermelon in the spring here, so dryer is better, otherwise you get mildew problems, but the Charleston does well under those conditions more so than the others, but it is a BIG melon. also a thick rind -which I like because I really enjoy watermelon pickles. and for those you just use the rind. I made them one year with lemon zest and ginger and they were fabulous.

I was worried that Florida would be an issue with seeds and plants from you. I would love to try Cocoa. I think I have a rambutan growing on a bench somewhere... I need to look. I don't label things like I should. I think' how many things can I possibly get this confused with?' Everything. The answer is everything. I did label the longan fruit. They germinated very well.

Dh says patience is the key for soursop, can take 3 weeks to germinate. So you're in Fl? I'm willing to try sending seeds, it's not every one that they catch

Longan is delicious, a greenhouse right? So can't be too tall or too big. Cacao is usually kept the size of Apple trees, happy to send those langsat are excellent, lime berry is fun, charichuelo produces very well, related to mangosteen a little tangy, juicy. Champedak is my favourite fruit - like jackfruit but sweeter and no latex. Araza makes good jam and juice. Gosh, there's a lot

I will look these things up to see if It is a small enough tree to handle a 100 gallon pot. Our key limes are in 60 gallons and are doing very well.
I think the longan are small enough. It is a 90X107 greenhouse about 40 feet tall, so I will have some room.

I have a vanilla orchid growing through my key lime, which is not ideal because of the thorns..I wanted to propogate it and now I don't want to dive in to get it.

Do you have pepper vine? here is a question, sometimes I can get herbs growing from planting store bought herb/seeds like coriander and fennel, and once I got chamomile from a tea bag, Can I plant black pepper seed and get pepper vine?

But you get apples and cherries and currents and raspberries and all the good stuff too.
