Lets talk about goats!

I found some goat electrolytes made for mixing in water. Going to put some of that in. I recently wormed the mother if that makes a difference.

Doesn't seem to but has been slow for days. I figured I just happened to see her while she was tuckered out and cold.
Didn't want to wait to long if the penicillin could've saved it if given in time. Instead of opps to late.

You should be able to tell on the label of medicine if she is old enough,
But I would start off making sure she is warm and has electrolytes before jumping to conclusions

She might not be getting enough milk from her Mom. It isn't uncommon with twins, triplets, etc... Kids can spiral down quickly, especially if the temps are cold, if they do not get enough milk from Mom. No milk = lower body temp = less desire to nurse and it cycles over and over until they get hypothermic.

I WOULD NOT give her anything orally until you get her body temp up. If her body temp is low, it causes her internal organs to slow down, and adding anything to her "cold" stomach can make matters worse. Warm her up, and then give her goat milk, or whole milk, or milk replacer. Don't get all goofy with over-the-counter "cures".

Just a comment. I didn't read the whole post so I don't know how many kids are in this litter. However, it is not uncommon for a doe that has three or more babies to reject at least one of them. She doesn't do that all at once. If you watch, she will notice she will start walking away shortly after the unfavored kid begins to nurse. The kid will get some milk but not enough. Another reason for slow or weak kids is white muscle, or selenium deficiency. Where I used to live we routinely gave our kids a shot of BoSe shortly after they were born. This is something you should discuss with your vet. Some areas of the country have a selenium deficiency and some don't.

That may have had something to do with it. I usually don't watch this nanny because she always raises healthy kids through anything but coyotes. But she is getting older. I know the one that past did nurse some (as of the day before) but didn't watch how long.
