Lets talk about goats!

Maybe consider getting a Mini Nubian? I'm biased, of course, as we raise them, but they are an excellent cross. They give a large amount of milk for their size, and depending on their Nubian blood %, they have nice large teats that are very easy to milk.

what is the nubian crossed with to get the mini nubian?

Not sure if this picture will show up since I'm new at this! Anyway... If it does work the one on the right is Bud and on the left is Weiser! Twins that are NEVER more than a couple feet apart!

I have read that 8 mths r 80 lbs
You are mixing up the minimum breeding standards of pygmies with that of a full sized goat. Considering the average adult pygmy does weigh 50-75lbs, and bucks 60-85lbs, it is a little ridiculous to use 80lbs as a minimum breeding weight for a pygmy...

For Nigerian Dwarves, the minimums needed for breeding are eight months AND 40lbs, not eight months OR 40lbs. I'd expect pygmies to be similar. There is a reason that BOTH minimums must me met. A goat may gain weight fast so they reach the minimum weight (like if they're overfed and are fat but haven't grown enough bone/muscle wise), but are still too young to breed. On the flip side, some goats are slow growers and don't gain much weight, and even though they are old enough, their bodies are too small for a healthy pregnancy.

Remember, a pregnancy is hard on the doe's body. Why wouldn't you want her to be in top condition and fully mature before subjecting her to pregnancy? If she isn't doing growing, but she has to put all that energy into kids instead, she won't be healthy.

Most goats are not ready to breed that young, by the way. They just aren't mature enough. There is nothing wrong with waiting until a doe is a few months older in order to ensure the doe has a healthy pregnancy.
