Let's Talk About Manners...

My daughters are the same way. Blows my mind.
One day I said, "Am I not worthy of good manners also?!?"
They answered, "But this is home!"

Assuming that it is acceptable to smoke.

Smoking at the bus stop, seeing the bus is coming and throwing the butt on the ground, then exhaling that last lung-full of smoke ON THE BUS. I hate HATE that.

I've got to give you a thumbs up on that one... cell phones are so annoying. Do people really need to be connected 24/7? That why I am one of the few...I do NOT own a cell phone, I don't want people to find me all the time, I have an answering machine....leave a message and if I really want to talk with you, I will return your call....if I don't call you back, I don't want to talk to you!

OK, OK, I didn't think I had any of my own, but this one gets to me EVERY TIME:

PEOPLE, IF YOU ARE IN A PUBLIC RESTROOM, GET OFF THE DA*MN PHONE!

Seriously, I get that you love your sister/brother/husband/mother but I don't. I feel it's incredibly rude, not to mention an invasion of privacy. Add that to the fact that I have a shy bladder and can't freakin' pee until they hang up...

Trying to have a conversation with while in a public restroom while your sitting in the stall.
Some dude tried to strike up a conversation from a neighboring stall about the travel getting to the place we were at.

It is rude to come in the door, throw down all your stuff into a pile whether on a clean floor or table... yet offer to go help in another area of the house?! Don't make one mess and clean another... it doesn't equal itself out!
